1984-1997 - the Supreme Court of Ukraine. Worked as: secretary of the judicial sitting, consultant, senior consultant of the judicial board in criminal cases

1995 - received the certificate of the right to advocacy

1996 - 2005 - assistant of the department of justice of the law faculty of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv

1997-2005 - deputy director of the private law firm "Privat-Consul"

2005 - present - associate professor of the department of justice of the law faculty of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv

1997- till now combines teaching with law practice
From 18th of March 2015 - Partner, Head of the Department of Criminal Law of LF "Dmitrieva & Partners"

THESIS

2005 - presented her thesis for the scientific degree of PhD in law, speciality 12.00.09 - criminal procedure and criminalistics; forensic enquiry; operative-investigative activity on the subject "The appeal of court decisions in criminal procedure of Ukraine" (the Academy of the Bar of Ukraine)

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES

Member of the Board of the Ukrainian Advocates’ Association (from 2014), Head of the Scientific Expert Council of the UAA (from 2015).

Takes an active part in international and other scientific conferences, seminars, round tables, preparation of scientific expert opinions of the department of justice of the law faculty and the the UAA regarding bills (the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine, On the Bar and Advocacy in Ukraine and others.), inquiries of judicial and law enforcement bodies, references to theses and abstracts of theses, reviews of study guides.

Member of the Working Group of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (2014) as regards  introduction of changes into the Law of Ukraine "On the Bar and Advocacy."

Participated as a coach-lecturer in seminars-trainings within the framework of Programs of Professional Development of Attorneys

Delegate of three Congresses of Advocates of Ukraine and the IV Congress of the All-Ukrainian Non-Governmental Organization "Ukrainian Advocates’ Association"
