Ukrainian Advocates' Association (UAA) is a non-profit all-Ukrainian public organization that is based on professional affiliation. UAA is involved in the advocacy institute development in Ukraine, upgrading of the lawyers, enhancing the role and authority of the legal profession in society, satisfying and protecting the rights and legitimate interests of its members.
Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA) - all-Ukrainian public organization, founded in 2002 to bring together lawyers for a strong and influential professional community, which would become a powerful voice of the legal profession of our country.
Along with the common goal of implementing the Rule of Law, increasing legal awareness and legal culture in society, the Ukrainian Bar Association is committed to the development of the legal profession, improvement of legislation, implementation of ethical standards in provision of legal services, protection of professional rights of the UBA members and human rights in general.
The International Tax Planning Association (ITPA) is a multi-disciplined association of over 1000 bankers, trust officers, finance directors, accountants, lawyers and others with a practical interest in the tax aspects of cross-frontier transactions.
One of the goals of ITPA is changing experience and recommendations regarding tax planning between leading specialists in this field by means of publications, on-line communication, taking part in events and conferences.
Membership in Association gives opportunity to raise level in tax planning area with the view towards international tendencies, to improve standards of providing consultations to tax payers and to expand the range of partners.
