Olga Dmitrieva was born on the 6th of September in 1965 in Kyiv city.

In 1987 Olga Dmіtrieva has graduated from the legal faculty of Taras Schevchenko State University. She has obtained the speciality “Jurisprudence”. 

After graduating she joined the Kyiv Regional Bar Association in 1987. 

She was working in the legal advice office of Brovary city till 1992. 

In 1992 Olga Dmіtrieva underwent a traineeship in the law firm in Canada. 

From 1993 to 1994 she was heading the legal department of Ukrainian-German joint venture.

In 1994 Olga Dmіtrieva established the own legal business, she is a founder and director of “Dmіtrieva & Partners” Law Company. The object of the company’s activities is rendering of a full range of legal services in such spheres as real estate, land legal relations, investment, economic law, taxation, corporate law, foreign-economic activity, privatization, bank and insurance law, corporate legal relations, security of intellectual property, representation of clients’ interests in court.

The Law Company “Dmіtrieva & Partners” possesses numerous rewards and diplomas, in particular, the Diploma of the Winner of a contest «Recognition - 2004» in the nomination «The best law company in the real estate market of Ukraine - 2004» of 09.10.2004 within the 2nd specialized exhibition-forum «The real estate. Financing. Outlook-2004». According to research annually hold by newspaper “Yurydychna Praktyka” the law company “Dmitrieva & Partners” has repeatedly comprised to 50 leading legal companies of Ukraine since 1998.

In 2003 – 2004 Olga Dmіtrieva has got the second higher education in Kyiv National Economic University having obtained the speciality “Financial Management”.  

In 2006 Olga Dmіtrieva was elected the member of the Board of the UAA and in 2008 she was elected the President of the Ukrainian Advocates’ Association. In 2011 she was reelected to this post. In 2014 Olga Dmitrieva was incorporated to the Review Board of UAA.

In 2012 within the constituent congress of advocates Olga Dmitrieva was elected as the Head of the Higher Audit Bar Committee of the National Bar Association of Ukraine.

In 2014 she was incorporated to the list of arbitrators of Riga International Commercial Arbitration Court. The same year Olga Dmitrieva was elected to the staff of Public Board under the State Agency for Investment and Management of National projects of Ukraine.

In 2015 she Olga Dmitrieva was elected to the staff of Public Board under the Anti-Monopoly Committee of Ukraine.

Olga Dmitrieva is fluent in Russian, Ukrainian and English. 

Olga Dmitrieva possesses numerous rewards, diplomas, certificates, in particular:

• Olga Dmitrieva is recommended by independent research group Corporate INTL and Legalfinest and has been recognized as professional in corporate law area.
• Based on the results of the research "The Best Lawyers in Ukraine 2014" Olga Dmitrieva is recognized as one of the best lawyers in the field of investment and court practice.

She is an active participant and speaker in numerous conferences, roundtables, forums, etc. 

Olga Dmitrieva is an author of more than 25 articles and comments. She is the Executive Editor of the magazine Newsletter of Ukrainian Advocates’ Association.
